A small reception on the third floor has a helpful staff. Breakfast is the only meal available, and in the lobby you'll find free coffee and tea and computers with Internet connections. Simple, modern rooms have a 200-channel music system and double-paned windows to shut out noise; two people can stay in the largest single room for ¥13,000.
