Majorca is known for its cesteria and aparagaterias (basketware and woven articles), the best selection of which is found at Calaseu, Carrer Cordeleria 17 (no phone). Since 1719, Gordiola, Carrer de la Victoria 8-12 (tel. 97-171-15-41), has been making the best glass products on island.
