Frommer's Review
Named after the Art Deco, 1930s-era styling that fills its interior, this is a well-managed, artfully hip restaurant adjacent to Hotel Meliá Victoria. One of the top restaurants in Palma, with a sense of chic defined by its cosmopolitan owners Juan and Mary Martí, it has a beige-and-white decor accented by verdant plants and Art Deco sculptures. The menu relies heavily on seafood, with special emphasis on fish slowly baked in a salt crust, a process that adds a light-textured flakiness to even the most aromatic fish. Another specialty is beefsteak cooked on a hot stone carried directly to your table and served with such sauces as béarnaise, pepper, or port.
