Beaches -- Palmas del Mar Resort has 3 exceptional miles (5km) of white-sand beaches (all open to the public). Nonguests pay a $1 charge for parking and 25¢ for a changing room and a locker. The waters here are calm year-round, and there's a watersports center and marina.
