A dinner buffet is included in the price of the hotel at all the thermal hotels, a necessary solution to the lack of alternatives in the vicinity. In many of the smaller family-run guesthouses, you'll probably be asked if you're staying for dinner (say yes!). In both villages of Pamukkale and Karahayit, you can get a basic Turkish meal at one of the little home-style lokantas.
