Located above the Palms restaurant, Urbano is totally white retro-mod, and bathed in red ambient light. It's not much more than a hole-in-the-wall, but there are curvy banquettes and an elevated seating area in the center. Urbano has DJ music, mostly chill-out and electronica, and well-made martinis. For whatever reason, Urbano is popular on Monday nights.
