On the north shore of Paradise Island, wedged between the sprawling Atlantis resort and its chic cousin One&Only, this small timeshare property offers you the chance to set up housekeeping in a two-bedroom apartment on the beach.

Every mini-apartment has two bedrooms, each with private bathroom, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and dining table, sofa bed in the living room, and patio with the view of the gardens or the ocean. It is typical beach-rental decor: easy-clean tile floors, cushioned white-wicker furnishings, tropical wall-art, and island-colorful fabrics.

Kids stay free. There are complimentary bikes for you to use. There’s a deli and a sizeable mini-mart/liquor store in the premises for stocking the fridge (though you’ll spend less if you take a cab to a grocery store; there’s a big one in the Harbour Bay Shopping Centre on East Bay St across the bridge in Nassau).

The entrance to the Atlantis is less than a mile away, and you get 50% discount off day-pass admission to its water park (normally $139). That $69-per-day savings—and the fact that these villas are really meant for 4–6 people, not two, making it a tad unfair to compare its rates to those for a double room at a hotel—is what ranks this property in the moderately priced range.
