Views of the harbor and Paradise Lake, along with music from a one-man band, complement your candlelight meal here -- a nice escape from the casino's glitter and glitz. Many of the fish dishes, including stone crab claws and the Nassau conch chowder, are excellent. The chef even whips up a good Caesar salad for two. The ubiquitous broiled grouper almondine is on the menu, as are dishes such as steak au poivre with a brandy sauce and duck à l'orange. Yes, you've probably had better versions of these dishes elsewhere, but they are competently prepared and served here, even though the meats are shipped in frozen.
