Frommer's Review
Buffet lunches and dinners are the specialty of this pleasantly decorated tropical restaurant. This is the most affordable and family-oriented choice in the Atlantis Paradise Island, offering Cuban, Caribbean, and Cajun dishes. It's pretty straightforward fare, but you get a lot of food for not a lot of money -- a rarity on pricey Paradise Island. The restaurant, which can seat 200 to 300 diners at a time, overlooks the lagoon and has a marketplace look, with buffet offerings displayed in little stalls and stations. Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday between 6 and 9pm, the place goes absolutely gaga over children. During those hours, a battalion of clowns, jugglers, and magicians transform the place into a circuslike venue replete with cotton candy and popcorn stands (bad for appetites), and a face-painting station. Depending on how family-centered you like your dining to be, you'll be either charmed or annoyed by this -- just know in advance.
