The Breton working the griddle knows exactly how to achieve the lacy, golden edges of a perfect galette, and he's not shy with the butter. Our idea of a perfect lunch (especially after too much wine the night before) is Josselin's complete -- a buckwheat galette stuffed with egg, cheese, and ham -- paired with a ceramic bowl of hard cider and followed by a salted butter caramel crepe. Priced at just 10€, that set menu is one of the best deals in town. The easy prices, continuous service and wide range of flavor combinations make this a great option for children as well.
