Housed in a 17th-century building with stonework that forms part of the earth-toned decor, this is one of the best-known vegetarian restaurants in Le Marais. The owners serve a limited array of organic wine, and smoking is forbidden. Flavorful, healthful meals come in generous portions. Choose from a variety of soups and salads; galette of wheat served with crudités and mushroom tarts; or a country plate composed of fried mushrooms and potatoes, garlic, and goat cheese, served with a salad. There's also a wide choice of fish dishes.
