Frommer's Review
Meticulously renovated inside and out, this early 1900s hotel has an iron-and-glass canopy, wrought iron, and the kind of detailing normally reserved for more expensive hotels. The public rooms have touches of greenery and reproductions of antiques; guest rooms contain upholstered headboards, comfortable beds, and mahogany furnishings, plus a carafe of sherry. Suites and triples are slightly more spacious than regular doubles and are beautifully furnished.
