The origins of this hotel run deep: Interior renovations have revealed such 17th-century touches as dovecotes and oak beams. A restoration made the public areas appealing and brought the small guest rooms, furnished in faux Louis XVI, up to modern standards. Rooms were again restored in 2005. All the beds are fitted with immaculate linens. All windows are double-glazed, and the fifth- and sixth-floor units enjoy views over Notre-Dame. The neatly kept bathrooms are equipped with showers.
