Since 1856, this old-fashioned music hall has shaken with the sound of performers at work and patrons at play. Its newest incarnation is as a restaurant discothèque where the music is exclusively salsa and the food is Cuban. Expect simple but hearty portions of fried fish, shredded pork or beef, rice, beans, and flan, as bands from Venezuela play to a crowd that already knows or quickly learns how to dance to Latin American rhythms.
