A Left Bank hotel is home to the city's most romantic bar. Oscar Wilde checked out long ago, but the odd celebrity still shows up: We were once 15 minutes into a conversation before realizing we were speaking to Jeanne Moreau. Drinks are expertly mixed, the place sleek and chic, and conversations are held at a discreet murmur. It would be hard to find a better place for a romantic rendezvous.
