This shoebox-size dining room near the Tour Montparnasse serves the soul-warming cuisine of southwestern France. Depending on the season, you might start with chestnut soup or home-made foie gras. In autumn and winter, Chef Cyril Lalanne does amazing things with wild game and his menu features every animal in the forest from hare to partridge to boar. Finish with the southwestern take on the classic rum baba, made with the region’s Armagnac instead of rum. It’s best to reserve ahead, but if you can’t, you may have to line up for one of the two seatings, at 7pm and 9pm.
