Park City's only true condominium boutique hotel, the Silver Queen, has an enviable location on Main Street -- in a 1985 replica of a historic building -- and style to spare. With hallways clad in reproduction Victorian wallpaper and leopard-spotted carpets, you know the rooms are going to be creative, and they are, coming in four distinct styles (Asian, Whimsical, Mountain, Urban) that are the brainchild of owner Jana Potter, a local interior designer and real estate player. All suites have one or two bedrooms, unique touches, and eye-catching decor, with DSL, wireless, cordless phones, fully equipped kitchens, big TVs, fireplaces, and washer/dryer units. Best of all is the rooftop deck, with hot tub and superb views.
