This hotel is a retreat into the Mexican countryside. Most of the rooms are in separate bungalows. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. Master suites come with Jacuzzi tubs. Emphasis is on personal attention and ecological practices. The hotel has plenty of educational activities for kids including collecting eggs and other farm activities, hiking, and pony riding. The entire hotel is nonsmoking. Breakfasts feature healthy versions of regional specialties, and there is a separate dining area with a low-fat menu. This is the first hotel in Mexico to be certified as ecological by the Mexican government.
