The Inn at Spanish Bay

Surrounded by the renowned Links at Spanish Bay golf course, the Inn at Spanish Bay is a plush three- and four-story low-rise on 236 manicured acres 4 miles north of the Lodge at Pebble Beach and Pebble Beach Golf Links. Approximately half the rooms face the ocean. Their less expensive counterparts overlook the forest. Each unit has about 600 square feet of floor space, a fireplace, and an outdoor deck or a patio. Bathrooms are finished in Italian marble. Custom-made furnishings include four-poster beds with down comforters and comfortable couches and easy chairs. My favorite time here is dusk, when a bagpiper strolls the terrace with a skirling tribute to Scotland.
