After earning a number of prestigious awards in London, restaurateur Dave Chin has brought his own style of chic Chinese to the Georgetown waterfront with a cluster of dining and nightlife venues under his SoHo group. Chin's Stylish Chinese Cuisine's specialties are to die for: Try crispy aromatic duck, fiery Szechuan poached fish, lobster noodles, or crispy chili beef. The setting is quirky, with sparkly chandeliers, colorful mismatched table settings and even mismatched chairs.
Also in the complex, QE II serves wood-fire pizzas and Mediterranean cuisine with a panoramic view of the waterfront and marina. After hours on weekends, it turns into a disco. Chin-Chin Bar is a sophisticated spot for cocktails.
