Resplendent in early-20th-century character, the Naramata Inn's Rock Oven Dining Room overlooks gardens and vineyards, and serves some of the most sophisticated food in the Okanagan Valley. Using only the freshest ingredients -- many from its own garden -- the Rock Oven offers a selection of six- to nine-course specialty menus that focus on regional ingredients; the inn offers a very impressive wine list and wine pairings are available for each of the menus. Expect such refined dishes as barbecued rabbit leg with lavender jelly glaze and English green pea risotto, and sockeye salmon filet baked with pumpkin seed crust. While the Rock Oven has limited hours and is only open seasonally, excellent a la carte meals are available at the inn's Cobblestone Wine Bar and Restaurant throughout the year.
