All units have small balconies, with the north-facing units best in the cooler months, getting the most sun. Apartments have full kitchen facilities, while studios have kitchenettes with microwave but no stove or washing machine. You'll get much better rates if you book online, so head for the website if this is your choice. You'll also find very good deals in December and January (though not New Year's).
