There are certain things you have to do in Philadelphia, regardless of how long you're staying. You have to visit Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Spins through Betsy Ross's and Ben Franklin's homes are also list-toppers, as are whirls through the National Constitution Center, Franklin Institute, or Barnes Foundation (depending on what you're interested in).

But there's one activity you probably feel you must fit in, no matter what your age, gender, ethnicity, creed, or otherwise: You must eat a cheesesteak.
