Tucked into the lower level of the Bellevue, Philadelphia's premier venue for live jazz is also a great place to have dinner. The menu changes quarterly, but you can expect some Creole and Latin spices and seafood, along with basic steaks and fish. I love the jumbo lump crab cakes served with citrus beurre blanc and Creole sauce, plus spinach and garlic mashed potatoes.
