This unlikely precursor to the city's penchant for coffee bars, with 30 seats in a pleasant room located near the Convention Center, features an unusual combination of subtle Taiwanese cuisine (the dumplings are especially recommended) and dozens of exotic coffees, each smartly priced and brewed to order in lovely little glass siphons. The iced coffee and house special noodle soup here are great.
