Philly swarms with steakhouses. This one, hidden in the Radisson Plaza -- Warwick Hotel feels, somehow, unique. Maybe it's the sunken dining room with black lacquered walls. Could be the leopard-print carpeting and a showpiece piano bar. Old school in the best possible way, meals here include creamed spinach, an oversize shrimp cocktail, and eight preparations of potato.
