Frommer's Review
There's usually a line to enter this plain little upstairs lounge in the heart of Old City. The big deal here: bottle service. At $250 a pop, the Dom Perignon is a bestseller. Those who order it will be treated to low, white-leather cube stool seating at a VIP table. Those who don't can order by the glass at one of two bars. One tip: If you want to hang out longer, order the more stretchable $200 bottle of Stoli, which comes with a full complement of mixers. (Request 32's signature ice shot glasses.) One more fun fact: The lounge accepts euros as payment (but counts them as dollars). Dancing is permitted and rather de rigueur.
