Frommer's Review
If I hadn't seen it for myself, I wouldn't believe it: Menopause the Musical has been playing for years now (extended from a few weeks' engagement) at this just-north-of-South Street, two-stage theater. But after all, the playhouse (ca. 1960) describes itself as "the theatre for people who don't like theatre." The main stage is upstairs and has 223 seats (not wheelchair-accessible); the first-floor, 99-seat Red Room hosts independent-minded local productions.
