Phillies ladies' man Pat Burrell was once photographed dancing on the bar at this basement-level Rittenhouse Square hangout. Narrow little Bar Noir, with its film-poster decor and house DJ who's been known to spin oldies and punk in the same set, is a casual let-you-be spot that sometimes verges on wild as 2am approaches. Never a cover, but occasionally a queue.
