In Old City central, this two-story lounge does a whole lot in a little space. Downstairs, a TV-laden bar slings relatively inexpensive cocktails (very inexpensive during an extended happy hour). Upstairs, a ruggedly clubby lounge offers pricey bottle service to patrons seated on plush banquettes. On busy weekends, there's a line to enter -- and, if you're lucky, shot girls. Hooray!
