Frommer's Review
"Never has a bar in Philly been so aptly named," says one patron. These two taverns (one in Old City, one in Rittenhouse Sq.) share a theme of dive-y-ness. Which is to say, they're both relatively new, but look -- and act -- triumphantly grungy. Dollar shotgun "ripcords" of Pabst Blue Ribbon, $2 shots of Jaegermeister ($30 buys shots for the whole bar), and a rock-heavy jukebox are selling points. The crowd is a mix of lightly tattooed or pierced college and just-graduated.
