By day and into the early evening, this mammoth Havana-goes-to-Vegas restaurant is great for splurging on ropa vieja and empanadas. But once the sun's been down for an hour or so, Cuba Libre cranks up the salsa music and cranks out the Red Bull mojitos, with a selection of 60 rums. Late-night menu until 1am.
