This location, in the middle of a sprawling golf resort, doesn't exactly seem like cowboy country. However, up at the top of the hill, you'll find a fun Western-themed restaurant where you can start your evening by scooting down a big slide from the bar to the main dining room. There's a good view over the city, and cowboy bands play for those who like to kick up their heels. Daring diners always start with the rattlesnake appetizer and follow up with the enormous cowboy "stuff" platter, which includes steak and seafood kabobs, barbecued pork ribs, fried shrimp, barbecued chicken, and cowboy beans.
