For young partiers who don't feel like getting dressed up to go out on the town, this is a great choice. With its open-air bar, Dos Gringos is patterned after Mexican beach bars and can be loads of fun on a Saturday night. The Tempe location, 1001 E. Eighth St. (tel. 480/968-7879), is frequented by ASU students.
