In a beautiful Thai-style teak house, Baan Rim Pa has dining in a romantic indoor setting or with gorgeous views of the bay from outdoor terraces. Among high-end travelers, this restaurant serving Royal Thai cuisine is one of the most popular stops on the island, so be sure to reserve your table early. The piano bar features live music every evening. The owner of Baan Rim Pa has opened up a few other restaurants next door on the cliffside, including Joe's Downstairs, for cool cocktails and tapas (tel. 07634-4254), and the Italian restaurant Da Maurizio (tel. 07634-4079). He also runs Joe's South at Kata Noi.
