Frommer's Review
Two decades ago, Keith Floyd was a household name in Britain, and one of the first TV chefs to find celebrity (not just for his cooking, but for his famously frequent inebriety). Floyd's Brasserie is his first restaurant in Asia, tucked into a pocket-size space at the Burasari Resort. The brunch and evening supper menus all carry Floyd's innovative style, and Sunday's loaded buffets are served with free-flowing smoothies, Bellinis, sangria, and wine.
