Frommer's Review
This is the best hotel near the Duomo, but it's pricey. Its outward appearance and public spaces aren't much to look at, but the rooms are pleasant enough, with parquet floors and built-in furniture in dark wood. Some of the rooms were refurbished in 1997 with marble flooring, and those along the front have views of the monuments on Campo dei Miracoli. The suites are large and have direct access onto the rooftop terrace. The rooms have large new bathrooms. An expanded continental breakfast, including cheese and ham, is served in the elegant dining room.
