A popular local spot, located just across from the beach, on the popular traffic circle near the center of town, Fiesta del Mar specializes in seafood, steaks and chicken cooked over a raging wood fire and coals. Try the grilled steak or whole fish in garlic sauce. They also have typical Costa Rican-style roast chicken. The open-air dining area is edged with greenery and has a thatch roof, so it feels very tropical. There's live music by a local marimba band most nights. This is also a good place for an inexpensive Costa Rican breakfast.
