A longstanding and highly dependable option, this hotel is set back from the beach a couple of hundred meters in a grove of shady trees. Most rooms are housed in duplex buildings, but each room has its own private patio with a hammock or chairs. Every room has plenty of space, and all have received regular upkeep and remodeling over the years. The two suites are very comfortable and well equipped. Each room bears the name of a different beach, and the bedroom walls feature hand-painted murals. A small yet very inviting pool sits in the center of the complex. The restaurant serves excellent fresh fish, as well as pizza and Tex-Mex specialties. This popular rancho-style affair also has a pool table, a nightly happy hour, cable TV with live sporting events, good snacks, and occasional live music.
