The Portland area is known not only for microbrews and pinot noir, but also some outstanding liquors. This distillery in Northwest Portland produces astonishingly fragrant and flavorful fruit spirits in a variety of European styles. There are apple and pear brandies (with fruit in the bottles), grappas, eau de vie, and fruit liqueurs. You can sample them all at this tasting room.
