In business for more than half a century, Aquário Marisqueiro is one of the finest seafood restaurants in Porto. Its dining rooms are interconnected through a central kitchen, and it's within sight of the city hall and close to the Infante de Sagres hotel. It's run by members of an extended family, who give the place a cozy and nurturing vibe. Seafood reigns supreme, from a starter soup made by boiling the shells of mariscos (shellfish) to main course options like cod, sole, and trout with ham. Standout dishes are the clams Spanish style and the grilled sea bass.
