Baldo and Luigi created this restaurant in 1970 vowing to serve traditionally prepared fish of the highest quality, and they have kept their promise. Only the freshest fish -- brought in every morning by local fishermen -- is prepared with techniques designed to bring out the natural flavors. Try penne con gamberetti e rughetta (with shrimp and arugula); or our favorite, spaghetti con le cozze di scoglio (with sautéed mussels and local cherry tomatoes). For the secondo, pick your fish from the display and have it prepared grilled or all'acqua pazza (with an herb broth).
