Baldo and Luigi created this restaurant in the 1960s vowing to serve traditionally prepared fish of the highest quality, and they have kept their promise. Only the freshest fish -- brought in every morning by local fishermen -- is prepared with techniques designed to bring out the natural flavors. Try penne con gamberetti e rughetta (penne pasta with shrimp and arugula); or our favorite, spaghetti con le cozze di scoglio (spaghetti with sautéed mussels and local cherry tomatoes). For the secondi, pick your fish from the display and have it prepared grilled or all'acqua pazza (with an herb broth).
