Frommer's Review
Chez Black occupies a desirable position near the beach, and in summer it's in the heart of the action. The interior seems like an expensive yacht with varnished ribbing, a glowing sheath of softwood and brass, and semaphore symbols. A stone-edged aquarium holds fresh lobsters, and the racks and racks of local wines give you a vast choice. Seafood is the specialty, as well as a wide selection of pizzas. Succulent dishes include spaghetti with sea urchins and fried baby squid; you can also order from an array of veal, liver, chicken, and beef dishes. One of the most prized and sought-after dishes is the spicy zuppa di pesce (fish soup) -- a meal in itself, brimming with succulent finned creatures. Regrettably, the unhelpful staff leaves a lot to be desired.
