High above Positano, this pleasant restaurant offers a great escape from the crowds, high prices, and summer heat below. The restaurant has a cool arbor-covered terrace with magnificent views, and a seasonal menu focused on meat and vegetables from the family farm. Both the grigliata mista (grilled meat medley) and the free-range chicken baked with herbs are excellent, as is homemade pasta such as ravioli or tagliatelle. The SITA bus stop from Positano is nearby, or you can call the restaurant for free pickup. Chef Salvatore also offers well-organized cooking classes year-round.
