The Michelin-rated Il San Pietro is a unique restaurant for the postcard views, cozy terrace, garden, and exceptional food: Chef Alois Vanlangenacker uses local ingredients -- mostly from the hotel's own farm -- to create sophisticated yet simple concoctions such as the pollo ruspante in crosta di agrumi (free-range chicken in a citrus crust). The restaurant is closed November through March; reservations are required as well as formal dress for dinner. Guests can also enjoy the new beachside restaurant Carlino.
