Frommer's Review
This 18th-century baroque palace near the marina is said to have been built for Gioacchino Murat, Napoleon's brother-in-law and later king of Naples. The five more expensive guest rooms in the historical part of the palace are decorated with antiques and original furnishings; the ones in the new wings are also very nicely appointed. All units have good-size bathrooms, and most rooms have ocean views. The rich buffet breakfast is served in the delightful garden court when weather permits; in August and September this is the site of chamber music concerts. The hotel's restaurant Al Palazzo offers alfresco dining.
