Renovations have left the hotel looking in great shape. This villa guesthouse, up a steep and winding road, offers a view of the coast from its perch. Guest rooms are gems, color-coordinated in mauve or blue and furnished with well-selected pieces, such as gilt mirrors and fruitwood end tables. Each has wide French doors leading out to a private balcony, and a few have Jacuzzis. You can breakfast on the terra-cotta-tiled terrace.
