Frommer's Review
Olsanské hrbitovy is the burial ground of some of the city's most prominent former residents, including the first Communist president, Klement Gottwald, and Jan Palach, who burned himself to death in protest of the 1968 Soviet invasion. Olsanské hrbitovy is just on the other side of Jana Zelivského Street from the New Jewish Cemetery.
