Burger joints took Prague by storm in 2013 and this was one of the most promising of the new openings. This house Dish burger features homemade, artisanal ketchup, and cheddar, and bacon, while other more exotic varieties sub out the beef for lamb, grilled veggies, or even falafel. The thin-cut fries come wrapped in paper and stuffed in cute mason jars. The clean, modern interior with exposed brick is casual and fun, though a little lacking in atmosphere for a special meal. This was a tough table to get after its opening, so advance booking is essential.
