Baghino ReviewThis is the bread-and-butter choice of the Prato dinner crowd, a reasonably priced and centrally located institution in the heart of the historic center. Baghino is best known for its signature Pratese dish, sedano ripieno -- that is, celery stuffed with meat -- and for the minestra di pane, a local take on ribollita. It also offers Tuscan favorites from farther afield, such as ravioli alle senese (ravioli in a spinach and pecorino sauce). Expect warm and informal service, which is a breath of fresh air in a city with some fairly stuffy restaurants.
